We see patients by appointment only. Please call to schedule your routine appointments as well as urgent same day appointments when needed. You may print and fill out our forms prior to your appointment to save time when checking in, especially if you are a new patient.
As a courtesy, we do give appointment reminder calls the day before your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment please give us as much advanced notice as possible, but at least 24 hours notice. We do realize that there are certain circumstances when 24 hours notice is not possible. We also mail out appointment reminders to our patients for annual exams to help you plan out your care.
After Hours Emergency Care
If you have an emergency, you must go to the emergency room or call 9-1-1. The on-call doctors are accessible 24 hours a day.
